House off Pebble Hil Road - Staircase

The entrance hall and stairway are spacious and uncluttered, with simple Arts & Crafts details carried out on the tightest budget, to give the interiors character and charm. The central 'spine' wall of the house on the left is built entirely from exposed brickwork from ground floor to roof level, all painted a chalky white colour: another echo of the earlier house.
